Live Bird Arrival Guarantee: We replace losses with store credit or reship (no refunds).

Replacement chicks ship once at no cost, but customers must pay the box/heat pack fee ($10 for chicks, $20 for starters).

Photos of any losses must be taken at the post office, validated by staff, and sent the same day.

USPS insurance does not cover deceased chicks—only late delivery.

Replacements ship when available; no immediate reship guarantee.

Cancellations incur a 15% fee. No refunds on international orders once shipped.
